To Record Your Name
  1. Call the SchoolCall System
  2. Press # then enter your PAC
  3. Press 4 for Voice Mail options
  4. Press 3 for Mailbox options
  5. Press 2 to rerecord your name
  6. Record your name and then press any key
  7. Press 3 to save your recording

Add a Homework Hotline Message
  1. Call the SchoolCall System
  2. Press # and enter your PAC
  3. Press 1 for Edit Menu
  4. Press 3 for Homework Hotline
  5. Record a title for your message and save by pressing # then 1 (example. Math 101 5th Period or 4th Grade Science)
  6. Record your message and save by pressing # then 1
  7. Press 2 to accept your message and title and set date and time.
  8. Press 1 to leave your message beginning that day.
  9. Enter the end date of your message by pressing the month and day. (Example. 05 07 would be May 7)
  10. Press 1 to confirm that the message will be played during the specified range or press 2 to re-enter the dates.

Add a Bulletin Board Message

1.      Call the SchoolCall System

2.      Pres # and enter your PAC

3.      Press 1 for Edit Menu

4.      Press 1 for Bulletin Board

5.      Select from list
(    For Dates and Deadlines Press    1
(    For Sporting Events Press              2
(    For Lunch Menus Press                  3
(    For School Policies Press              4
(    For PTO Information Press             5

6.      Press 1 to add your message

7.      Record a title for your message and press # then 1 to accept.

8.      Record your message and press # then 1 to accept.

9.      Press 1 again to accept your message and title.

10. Enter the end date of your message by pressing the month and day. (Example. 05 07 would be May 7)  If you have entered a message that should remain on the bulletin board indefinitely, (e.g. a school policy) enter 99 99 in the month and day field.

11. Press 1 to accept entire message.

Create a Unique Calling Group

*This function is more easily done using the web interface portion of SchoolCall

1.  Call the SchoolCall System

2.  Press # and enter your PAC

3.      Press 1 for Edit Menu

4.      Press 2 for Memo Call Menu

5.      Press 1 to create calling group

6.      Record your calling group title (e.g. Varsity Football players, Band members, etc.) and save by pressing # then 1.

7.      Press 1 to continue.

8.      Enter the 10-digit phone number of the person to be added to the calling group and confirm the correct number by pressing 1. (Area code must be included in all numbers.)

9.      Press 1 to add another number to the calling list and repeat step 7 and 8 until list is complete.

  1. After Calling Group is complete, Press 2 to send a message or press 3 to return to the menu options.

Send a Message to a Unique Calling Group

  1. Call the SchoolCall System

  2. Press # and enter your PAC
  3. Then press 1 for Edit Menu
  4. Press 2 for Memo Call
  5. Next, press 2 to work with an existing Calling Group.
  6. Select your Calling Group from a list.
  7. Press 1 to send a Memo Call.
  8. Next, select message type:
  •  Press 1 for keypad confirmation type of message

  •  Press 2 for polling question type of message.

  •  Press 3 for voice response type of message.

  1. Record a title for your message and press # to save then 1 to accept.
  2. Record your message and press # to save then 1 to accept.
  3. Press 2 to send the message for normal delivery time.
  4. Press 2 to change the message delivery start date. If you use another start date, enter the new start date by pressing the month and day.  (Example 0507 would be May 7th).  Then press 1 to confirm it is correct.
  5. By default the message delivery end date will be set the same as the start date (Message played for one day only).  You may press 2 if you would like to extend the message delivery end date and then enter the new end date. 
  6. To finish, press 1 to confirm and schedule your message.

Send an Administrative Message
  1.  First, call the SchoolCall System

  2. Press # and enter your PAC

  3. Then press 1 for Edit Menu

  4.  Next press 4 for Edit Administrative Messaging

  5.  Press 1 to send an Administrative Message

  6.  Select to whom the message will be sent:

  • To send the message to all students in all grades, press 1

  •  To send the message to students in a particular grade, press 2

  •  To send the message to a particular individual or a group of individuals, press 3

  •  To send the message to all faculty and staff, press 4

  • To send the message to all students, faculty and staff, press 5

  1.   Next, select message type:

    • Press 1 for keypad confirmation message
    • Press 2 for polling question message.
    • Press 3 for voice response message.
  2. Record a title for your message and press # to save then 1 to accept.

  3.  Record your message and press # to save then 1 to accept.

  4.  Press 2 to send the message for normal delivery time.
